Following the alleged shootings and killings of peaceful protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos state, the Nigerian Army has however denied opening fire and killing the peaceful #EndSARS protesters at the Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos.
This was clarified by the Nigerian Army via its official Twitter handle.
The Army while reacting to a report by SAHARAREPORTERS, that soldiers shot peaceful protesters, tagged the report as "FAKE NEWS", as it also stated that "No Soldiers were at the scene".
Over 10 protesters have been reportedly killed with many left injured after the alleged deadly attack by soldiers on the peaceful protesters on Tuesday night at the Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos.
