Suspected Bandits Abduct Katsina Students In Another Fresh Attack



As gathered from SaharaReporters, gunmen suspected to be bandits have reportedly abducted many students of Islamiya school, in Mahuta town of the Dandume Local Government Area of Katsina state in another fresh attack.

The Islamic students were reportedly abducted on their way home after they graced a ‘maulud’ procession at a nearby village, Unguwar Al-Kasim.

While the actual figure of the abducted students is yet unknown as at the time of filling this report, the vigilante groups within the community has however commenced a rescue mission.

This attack comes a few days after gunmen invaded the Government Science Secondary School in Kankara, same Katsina state, kidnapping about 345 students but the pupils were however released days later after a successful negotiation.
