Company appoints first robot as CEO

Mika, first humanoid AI robot to be appointed as a company's CEO

A global Colombia-based company, Dictador, has appointed its first robot Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

This will be an historic first time a robot will sit on a company's board and run its affairs.

The robot called Mika, will serve as the company's face, designed to make strategic and leadership decisions.

The new Boss is tasked with the responsibility of helping the company attain new heights with its decisions.

The humanoid AI robot was designed by Hanson Robotics and customized by Dictador, to represent the company's interest and values.

As culled from BusinessDay, out of the many fascinating things Mika is programmed to do is to make data-driven decisions quickly and accurately, while it is also trained to be strategic and unbiased in 'Her' decisions.
