A suspected mad man has been reportedly whisked away by security operatives after being caught in possession of a dead baby in Aba, Abia state.
The atmosphere which created a somewhat confusion while the mad man was being dragged into the security van, caught the attention of onlookers who were heard speculating about the owner of the dead baby.
As at the moment of this report, the owner of the dead baby and the mad man are yet to be unidentified.
