News of the unveiling of the latest iPhone product, iPhone 15, by Tech giant, Apple, made waves globally on Thursday, Sept 12.

According to Forbes, the model which will be unveiled at Apple's "wanderlust" event in California, U.S.A, is expected and anticipated to come in four variants: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Here, let's take a brief look at five things you should know about Apple's latest release, the iPhone 15:

1. The new model is expected to be sold at a higher price due to its Titanium cover. The rumoured price list, according to Forbes is seen below:

• iPhone 15 ($799 and high)
• iPhone 15 Plus ($899 and high)
• iPhone 15 Pro ($1,099 and high), $100 price increase.
• iPhone 15 Pro Max ($1,299 and high), $200 price increase.

 2. The new iPhone model will feature a USB-C charging port (same port featured on some  Android models)

3. The Pro model will carry an A17 bionic chip expected to make it faster.

4. The Pro Max model will double feature the optimal zoom on the iPhone 14, it comes with a newly introduced 'periscope lens upgrade performing 5-6x optical zoom'.

5. And lastly but not the least on the five things you should know about the new iPhone 15 model, is that it is made of titanium (this makes it less heavier).
